Payments and donation notice
Published October 2026
This is an informational publication about a closed registration. It does not conduct sales or fundraising. The enquiry controls prepare a message without charging the reader. This notice explains that boundary and how to distinguish an unrelated payment question from use of these public pages.
1. Reading is not a transaction
The published pages have no cart, checkout, donation button or payment form. Generating a draft does not create an order, fee or pledge. There is therefore no website purchase to cancel through the contact form. If a device or email service charges you for its own use, that is a separate arrangement with that provider rather than a price established by the historical publication.
2. The closed registration matters
The historical entity is explicitly shown as BAIXADA. Its name and election year do not authorize collection of funds on its behalf through this site. Do not interpret the presence of the record as an ongoing fundraising activity, a commercial offer or confirmation of a present campaign. The publication does not set up an account for receiving donations or promise to route a payment to another organization.
3. Assessing a payment request elsewhere
If you encounter a request for money that refers to the same name, establish its sender, purpose and intended recipient from the actual request. Do not assume that it comes from these pages or that the historical entity is active. A name alone is not sufficient to determine responsibility for a transaction. Relevant evidence includes the specific correspondence and payment instructions associated with that request.
4. Questions concerning an actual charge
A charge made through another channel has its own facts and parties. Identify those before seeking a remedy. The publication enquiry can describe an apparent misuse of its information, but it does not operate a refund processor or dispute account. Do not place card details, bank credentials or a full statement into the public message fields in an attempt to initiate a repayment.
5. Preserving applicable rights
This notice neither decides an unrelated dispute nor denies a remedy that may apply under law or an actual agreement. It provides no invented cancellation window, deduction rule or refund deadline. A transaction should be addressed through the party and procedure responsible for it. The absence of payment functionality here should not be confused with an assertion that every payment involving a similar name is valid or invalid.
6. Communicating a publication concern
If a page appears to imply an incorrect payment or donation route, identify that page and the relevant wording through the enquiry facility. Review and send any draft in your own email application; the preview is not proof of receipt. Keep supporting records relevant to a concern and use an appropriate official or provider channel when a formal financial dispute requires it.
